Delivery and returns

When it arrives

Small pieces such as lamps and planters leave within two working days and arrive in three to five. Larger pieces arrive in one to two weeks: we call you to pick a day, then carry the piece to the room you want and take the packaging away.

What it costs

Free on orders over $150, and $15 below that. Assembly is $39 per piece where it is needed.

Returns

Tell us within sixty days and we collect the piece for free. We refund you as soon as it is back with us, in the condition it left.

Something wrong?

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we replace or repair it. Frames and joints carry a two-year guarantee.
